Day One: Arrival Paro (2200 m)

Arrive in Paro (2200 m), Bhutan, by Druk Air flight or Bhutan Airlines flight. Representatives from Bhutan Himalayan Holidays will be there in Paro Airport to receive you with a traditional “Tashi Khada. ” Drive to the hotel. Check in to the hotel. Paro Sightseeing with Lunch in the Town.
Visit Kyichu Lhakhang (temple), one of the oldest temples in the country. It was built in the 7th century by the Tibetan Emperor Songtsen Gampo. It is considered to be one of the 108 temples he built.
In 1971, Kesang Choden Wangchuck built a Guru Rimpoche Temple next to the old Jowo Temple.
Visit the National Museum of Bhutan. Established in 1968. The National Museum has over 3,000 Bhutanese artworks, and they are very old.
Paro Dzong (Rinpung Dzong) is a large dzong of the Drukpa Lineage of the Kagyu School in Paro. It houses the district monastic body and government administrative offices of Paro Dzongkhag.

Day Two: Taksang Day Hike
After an early breakfast, Paro Taksang Day Hike. It takes nearly 5-6 hours depending upon your fitness. You will hike to Taktsang Monastery, which is about 900 meters above the Paro valley floor. This hike is open seven days a week, and you can hike 365 days in a year.
Guru Padmasambhava, the second Buddha who came to Bhutan in the 8th century AD. Guru Rinpoche flew into the cave on the back of a tigress from the eastern part of Bhutan.
Lunch in the town. Paro Sightseeing. Drive to Thimphu, which will take a nearly 1-hour car drive. Check in to the hotel.
O/N Thimphu. Dinner in the hotel.
Day Three: Thimphu Sightseeing 3 Nights 4 Days Bhutan Tour Package
After breakfast, Thimphu sightseeing. You will visit all the places depending upon your interests.
Visit the Memorial Stupa.
The stupa was built in 1974 to honor the third Druk Gyalpo, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck (1928–1972).
Visit Buddha Point, a 7 km drive from Thimphu. Great Buddha Dordenma is a gigantic Shakyamuni Buddha statue in the mountains of Bhutan celebrating the 60th anniversary of the fourth king, Jigme Singye Wangchuck. The statue houses over one hundred thousand smaller Buddha statues, each of which, like the Great Buddha Dordenma itself, is made of bronze and gilded in gold.
Visit Sangaygang to see Thimphu Valley. Visit the mini zoo of the Takin Preserve Center. The takin is the national animal of Bhutan.
Drive towards Zhilukha Nunnery, the only surviving nunnery in Thimphu.
Visit the National Library.
Visit the Folk Heritage Museum located in the capital city of Thimphu. This museum was established in 2001 and provides visitors and tourists with fascinating insights into the Bhutanese material culture and way of life. The Folk Heritage Museum is set inside a three-storied, 19th-century traditional house.
Visit Painting School (Zorig Choesum). This institute, commonly known as ‘the painting school,’ operates four- to six-year courses that provide instruction in Bhutan’s 13 traditional arts.
Evening time visit Tashichoedzong (Thimphu Fortress). Tashichhoedzong is a Buddhist monastery and fortress on the northern edge of the city of Thimphu in Bhutan, on the western bank of the Wang Chu.
