2. 10% of quoted rate will be refund within 21 days.
3. 15% of quoted rate will refund if cancellation is done within 14 days.
4. Refund of 30% of quoted rate within  7 days.
5. Refund of 50% of quoted rate within less than 7 days.
6. No refund for after arrival to Bhutan.

Note for delayed Arrivals

There is no charge for delays pertaining to weather conditions, disrupting flights, road blocks and unnatural calamities for departure and inbound.  The tourist must bear the cost of food, accommodation, transportation and other services required by travelers.
